Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create a service contract. Project scope, delivery schedule, pricing, payment, intellectual property, support and any cancellation or refund conditions are agreed in writing before work begins. A separate signed service agreement governs the relevant project.

AI-generated output may contain errors and requires appropriate review before use. Customers are responsible for having permission to provide the data and materials used in a project. Any third-party API or platform used in a project is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms and availability.
